Wallsend Gas Safe Certificates

Commonly known as a CP12 or CP17 a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate comprises of visual inspections and physical tests carried out by our registered gas engineers on all the gas appliances and visibly accessible pipe work within both domestic and non-domestic commercial rental properties, to ensure that they are in good and safe working condition.

By law a Domestic Gas Safe Certificate (CP12) or a Commercial Gas Safe Certificate (CP17) needs to be produced annualy and if the property has been continuously rented, a new Gas Safety Inspection needs to be carried out between the 10th and 12th month from the date of the previous gas certificate.
